I'm pleased to announce that thanks to the Rhodes College Day Fund every student in the Cinilope Drone Camp will receive their very own Tello sUAS upon completion of the program. Also, a big shout-out to CodeCrew for making this camp even more amazing. This week the FAA announced that everyone regardless of age must have at least a TRUST license to operate a drone in US airspace. During the camp, students will learn how to fly their drones to the TRUST standards while reinforcing many STEAM skills like meteorology and aerial cinematography. At Cinilope we work with many kinds of autonomous vehicles, and programs like these are essential for getting youth inspired about technology. Drones are vital to many high-powered careers. We are glad to help foster the next generation of innovators.
